so maybe last week when i screamed at the top of my lungs, “WEDDING WEEK AT YAN PHOTOGRAPHY,” i was turning a blind eye to a few things. maybe at the time i thought, “its okay that my husband will be out of town for 10 days and i will be left alone to run the biz and care for two toddlers, i can soooo handle it.” and maybe i also foolishly thought that staying up until 2 am EVERY NIGHT was a brilliant idea.
but tonight at 11:45 pm, as I was patting my still awake and screaming 1 year olds back, thinking of the two shoots i participated in earlier in the evening, and really trying NOT to think of how dirty and dusty my feet were from said shoots, i realized i my annoucement, was uh, a little optimistic.
but don’t worry, i’m not one to practice tough love on anyone, especially not myself. so this is not an announcement that wedding week will be canceled, rather it is a little note to let you all know i have given myself a wedding week extension….indefinitely.

but i did finish up one wedding! after much deliberation, i decided to edit the weddings i’ve second shot this season from most recent on backward. and so i present to you mr. and mrs. woodings. a little wedding i got to second shoot with a sweet little photographer named jayme montoya of lucid design. she rocks, and you should check out her photos here.
